In casual chat about online shopping, people often just say 加购物车 or even 加车 (jiā chē) for short. Note that Chinese e-commerce culture differs from Western: instead of clicking 'buy now,' many people 加购物车 during livestreams (直播) or pre-sales (预售) and check out later at a discount.
